What to Expect
At Bloom we use the Webster Technique to adjust pregnant women. This is a gentle chiropractic method that aligns the pelvis and releases tension in the surrounding ligaments—especially the uterus—helping baby settle into the ideal position for birth. During your session, you'll lie comfortably on a special pregnancy table designed to support your growing belly, and we’ll also teach you simple Spinning Babies exercises so you have tools to relieve tension and support balance at home.
